Agent Dot the Disguise Gal has updated each of our EPF phones with a new message. Bring up your phone as it's vibrating to view this update. Check it out:

..awesome, thanks for the advice Dot! The message reads, "Agents, honing your skills is essential. Make sure you're practicing your Spy Drills. You can never be too prepared". I am always at the Headquarters getting ready for whatever may happen next. There's always the possibility there's something ahead that we need to train for.

Club Penguin Times Issue #412

Is thou excited for ye old Medieval Party? Well, ye should be! The Club Penguin Times Issue #412 is out now! Check it out! 

It seems Gary has found an ancient potion book. He has decided to tell us by writing the first article. I wonder kind of potions we should expect at the upcoming party. What do you think? 

Everybody's favorite pirate has returned... with stinky cheese... Well, it's good to see Captain Rockhopper again! His absence had gotten me thinking he crashed his ship... again. Anyway, Rockhopper tells us that he's back with rare items! He will be walking around with his puffle, Yarr! Awesome!

Lastly, we have the usual upcoming events section. This week, you have the chance to meet Rockhopper and get his rare items! Awesome! I can't wait for next week's Medieval Party! Oh! Don't forget to buy new Medieval furniture, penguins!

Club Penguin Newspaper Issue #411

Peasants! I mean, penguins! Club Penguin has released issue #411 of the newspaper! Check it out!

The first section is a message from Aunt Arctic. She wrote about Captain Rockhopper's visit to Club Penguin! Captain Rockhopper has not been to the island at all this year. He will be this year's Medieval Party mascot! 

The next section, written by Gary, explains magic. It looks like there will be some fantastic magic at this year's Medieval Party! I guess that's what the Club Penguin Team meant when they said it was different this year! Check it out! 

The last part is the normal, Upcoming Events section. The new Penguin Style is out now! Go get yer Medieval Costumes, peasan-I mean penguins. The Medieval Party also starts NEXT WEEK! Are you ready? I definitely am!

Club Penguin Lighthouse Music Catalog Update

Hey there everyone! Today something quite unusual on the island occurred - the music catalog at the Lighthouse updated! The new update didn't necessarily include new instruments, it just adds a fresh new look to it. Check it -

Club Penguin Newspaper Issue 409

Hey penguins! Club Penguin has updated, meaning issue 409 of the newspaper is here! The first article is about the new party, the Teen Beach Summer Jam! This article, written by Cadence tells the reader about the Summer Jam! Go on guys, it's time to party!

The next section is also written by Cadence. It is an advertisement for Big Momma's. It says to go and check out live performances by Brady and McKenzie. Are you going to check out their performances?

 The last section is the future upcoming events! New postcards and a new penguin style will come on September 5th! On September 12th, Fairy Fables returns to the Stage!

Club Herbert Update

Hey penguins! Because of your bravery, the galaxy is saved! And with that, we rebel forces thank you! Excellent work! But wait... Herbert claims this isn't the last we've seen of him. Check it out!

As you can see from Club Herbert, Herbert's personal website, the Death Star is destroyed, however Herbert is not. The picture above shows Klutzy the crab holding a note from Herbert. It says:

"You haven't seen the last of me"

Club Penguin EPF Construction Progress: Every Day Phoning Facility Complete

Hi everyone! As you all know the EPF has had a long, grueling construction period. I'm happy to announce the construction of the EPF is complete! It looks 100% different! Check it!

Key word: EPF (Every Day Phoning Facility). Only the construction in the EPF is complete! - Not the  EPF HQ! I'm glad to see Club Penguin finally decided to make more progress with all of this construction. It seemed like they forgot about it! To access the EPF HQ, roll your mouse over the waterfall in the background.

Overall, the new EPF  looks amazing! Hopefully the construction in the EPF HQ will finish up soon. I'm positive it will turn out great! Until next time,

Club Penguin: Herbert's Website Gets Updated!

Hey there, everyone! Because Club Penguin updated today, I decided to take a look at ClubHerbert.com and see if any changes were made. As thought, it did! Although, only one visible change was made. See if you can spot the update!

It's pretty obvious - the pizza boxes. The note on the pizza box is a delivery bill. Herbert paid about one million coins for his pizza! - that's bizarre! What does this mean? Club Penguin Puffle Dig is Here! + Puffle Adoption Update

As you all know, yesterday Polo Field announced an activity called "Puffle Dig". Sooner than we thought, Puffle Dig has arrived today! To get started, simply grab a puffle from your igloo and take your puffle for a walk. There are no keyboard actions involved with Puffle Dig; all you do is walk your puffle to different parts of the island. When you do that, your puffle will dig up treasure. Simple as that!

When your puffle does start digging, you may find coins or even a rare item! In this case, coins-

Club Penguin even added five new stamps relating to Puffle Dig-

EPF Head Quarters Gets a New Look!

Hey there penguins! I was waddling around the island today when I noticed the EPF Head Quarters got a new look to it! Even the inside of it has some rebuild progress made! Check it out-

Not much progress has been made inside the EPF, but the outside looks great! All of this has to mean something....maybe the EPF sense Herbert will strike sometime soon, so they are trying to get ready for his attack now. In fact, I noticed that clubherbert.com updated. It may look like a blank space screen, but what is printed at the bottom is all that matters-

The bottom says, "Star Wars & Lucasfilm Ltd. All rights reserved. Parent permission required. 2013 Disney. Features shown require paid membership." My guess is that Herbert will attack during the Star Wars party! In fact, didn't Herbert want us to know he'll get his revenge soon? We'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Club Penguin My Penguin: Update 1.1

The My Penguin application was recently upgraded to version 1.1. Upgrades include Card-Jitsu Snow, more levels in Puffle Rescue, 5 more legendary levels in Pufflescape and a ninja themed icon. It's pretty awesome that you can play Card-Jitsu Snow anywhere with Wifi! Check out it's page on  the appstore-

Cool, huh? If it is unclear, What's New in Version 1.1 says:

Club Penguin: Crystals on The Island

When Club Penguin updated last night, clusters of crystals appeared in a few rooms. You may have noticed that Gary discovered them and Aunt Arctic wrote about them in the Club Penguin Times. The article reveals that they have an unusual energy force and they set up a research station at the Forest. I waddled down to the forest to check it out.

When Gary accidently put some crystals near his Coffee machine, it brewed in half the usual time. Go down to the Forest to contribute in researching the crystals.

One thing that was important was the crystals had a high energy source. This could mean the villains for the Marvel Super Hero Takeover 2013 will be attracted to our island to fuel their army of robots. The robots run on energy or fuel, so they could steal the crystals for that purpose. We'll have to protect our island during the Marvel Super Hero Takeover 2013!

These crystals make me very suspicious. We'll certainly update you if we figure out more information!

That's crazy! Club Penguin wants to rev-design their blog, again? They already made a few updates back in September (2012). They added a new commenting feature, a new design, and a newer URL, and a few other features. It looks three times better than the old one! What changes would they want to make now? We'll just have to wait and see...

Club Penguin: New EPF Spy Phone & Minor Updates in the EPF HQ

Hello everyone! Club Penguin added the epic new Spy Phone we've been waiting for, along with a new mission, "Operation: Hot Sauce." Some new features have been added such as the new design and the 'gadget' or 'mission' icons.

To go on with that, if you check out the EPF command room, you'll notice there are a few changes. First  off, there is a new hi-tech screen in the center. And second off, there is a mysterious 'lab' to the left. I wonder what that could be used for... I have no clue!

If you've read the Club Penguin Times this week, you'll know that further construction in the EPF headquarters has been delayed until Operation: Hot Sauce is solved. This is all incredibly exciting! Are you excited about all this news? Drop me a comment and let me know.

Club Penguin Blog: Polo Field Has the New Spy Phone?

Hey penguins. As you all know, earlier today, Polo Field has a brief meet up on server Fjord in celebration of April Fools Day. While I was reading the highlights of his meet ups, I noticed something very strange in one of the photos. Try to pick out what I am referring to-

It's April Fool's Day... Heard any silly jokes today?
 
To celebrate April Fool's, we had a mini-party online. We picked out our silliest outfits, and logged on to the server Fjord.

The server was almost full when we tried to log on!

 
We spent some time handing out postcards in my igloo! It was pretty crowded!

 
Next we changed up the igloo to give everyone a bit more space. Plus now we could see all of the hilarious outfits everyone wore for the celebration! Clown wigs, moustaches, flying bunnies, squid lids... So many fun outfits. Nice one, Mr Amazing07!

 
Finally, we went on a few toot parades around the island. I even heard that Ninja was hiding away somewhere on the server...

 Polo Field has the new spy phone! Crazy, right? After all, there are some major new EPF updates coming soon, so maybe he is testing the new equipment out. Big thanks to all the ninjas who shared their Card-Jitsu Snow strategies - you guys are clearly playing smart, with tons of great tactics to win the game. I was super impressed by this tip from batmanfan9:

What i would do is wait for a while until it looks like all players have a power card.Then i would wait from them to place it then i would put my power card with someone elses and try to get a combo because i like the power it gives you when you make a combo.

Awesome battle plan, batmanfan9! Combos rock. We added 10,000 coins to your account for having your comment featured this week! And I'm totally going to use your tip!

We're already into our third week of the Card-Jitsu Snow Beta Test! Can you believe it? I guess time flies when you're battling Snow villains!

And the team's been crazy busy taking your feedback and fixing bugs to make the game better. A couple weeks ago we showed you some of the bugs we've been working on. Well, here's an update.   

Resolved bugs:

·       #1090 - Users are able to enter Bonus Round even if player is KO'd during game

·       #795 - Health bars for players who have left game still appear on gameboard after exiting - tile remains occupied

·       #1042 - Music will occasionally double up in game - multiple tracks will play at once

·       #1011 - Some Power Cards appear blank - missing assets

We've still got lots to do to make Card-Jitsu Snow the best it can be, but we're thrilled with how the Beta Test is going. You've given us a ton of VERY valuable feedback! Keep playing!

Wow, some great information there! As you can see, Club Penguin has been fixing up some of bugs reported in the game. This is great, soon enough it will be bug free.

Also, we had to move our weekly launch to tomorrow evening, Thursday, January 3. So that's an extra day to keep earning coins for the new items in the catalog!
