Become an EPF Agent

An EPF (Elite Penguin Force) Agent is a penguin who was employed by the Elite Penguin Force. The Elite Penguin Force is a society of penguins who help ensure safety of other penguins around the island. The EPF came in place after the Penguin Secret Agency's Headquarters was blown up by a popcorn bomb, destroying the equipment, and smothering everything with crunchy popcorn.

Herbert P. Bear and his crab army are Club Penguin's greatest enemy. He has had many plans and schemes, mostly resulting in his capture, or complete failure on his behalf. Herbert's most destructive attacks were Operation Blackout, destroying the EPF Headquarters and freezing the island, and the Popcorn explosion, destroying the Penguin Secret Agency's HQ.
