Hey there penguins! Today on the Club Penguin Blog, Polo Field introduced a new feature to Puffle Digging called Puffle Favorite Foods! This is really exciting to see, so you might wanna check out the post-

It's been great seeing so many penguins taking their puffles for walks. Now I've got some big news about puffle digging for members! Starting August 15, your puffle will be able to dig up their favorite food. Here's the best part... when your puffle eats their favorite treat, all their stats will go up to 100%!  Tip: The higher your puffle's stats, the more likely they are to dig up more coins? W00t! What food do you think your puffles will dig up? Waddle on! -Club Penguin Team

This is a brilliant idea! Starting August 15th, members will be able to use their puffle to dig up its favorite food. When your puffle eats its favorite food, all of their status goes up to 100%! This means you don't have to play with your puffle, don't have to give it exercise, and you don't have to bathe it (that is, if you don't want to)! You gotta admit, doing these extra chores to take care of a puffle can be a hassle sometimes. Now all your problems are solved with Puffle Favorite Foods!

Item Digging is Now On Club Penguin!

As you guys know, a few weeks ago Club Penguin released an activity called "Puffle Digging." In Puffle Digging, your puffle would dig up coins for your penguin! Cool right? Well things just got even better. Today, Club Penguin expanded the whole Puffle Digging idea, and added "Item Digging" along with it! That's right - your puffle can now dig for coins and items! Item Digging is just as easy as digging for coins. Simply walk your puffle anywhere around the island and it will eventually find an item!

Sweet, right? Though, I'd rather get a Hawaiian Lei rather than a Pinata. So far I've collected the Pinata (shown above) and a Mexican Vase - two furniture items. I'm starting to sense you'll only dig up furniture items, but it's too early to tell. What do you think about Item Digging? Comment and let me know!

Club Penguin Social Media Updates + Sensei Wan Kenobi?

Since the Star Wars Takeover is coming soon, Club Penguin has uploaded some Star Wars themed artwork to their social media accounts! On their Twitter account, a new header, icon, and background. On their Facebook, a new icon and cover. These updates to their social media accounts reveal some costumes to be at the Star Wars Takeover. The character costumes are for C-3PO, Princess Cadence, Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca, Sensei Wan Kenobi, and Han Solo. Currently, the confirmed mascots coming to the Star Wars Takeover are Sensei, Cadence, and Herbert. There will also be a R2-D2 helmet for your puffles.

Club Penguin Puffle Dig is Here! + Puffle Adoption Update

As you all know, yesterday Polo Field announced an activity called "Puffle Dig". Sooner than we thought, Puffle Dig has arrived today! To get started, simply grab a puffle from your igloo and take your puffle for a walk. There are no keyboard actions involved with Puffle Dig; all you do is walk your puffle to different parts of the island. When you do that, your puffle will dig up treasure. Simple as that!

When your puffle does start digging, you may find coins or even a rare item! In this case, coins-

Club Penguin even added five new stamps relating to Puffle Dig-

The team and I wanted to give you a little sneak peek of a brand new update coming to Club Penguin this week! Last week I gave you a sneak peek of some new Stamps coming to the island.

Here's a hint on how you'll earn them!



Now puffles will be able to dig up coins around the island! The team is also working on a huge update for next month where members with puffles will be able to dig up some RARE ITEMS! I don't want to say too much just yet, but I will say that there's a classic pair of glasses up for grabs that only your puffles will be able to find...

Woah, Puffle Digging looks really awesome! I think Puffle Digging will give us the ability to earn coins easier, and pick up some items along the way. I really like this idea and can't wait for it to become a reality so we can have even more fun with our pet puffles.

Club Penguin Blog: Puffle Party Q & A

Today, I came across a new post by Polo Field on the official Club Penguin blog. This contains some important information regarding the Puffle Party, which starts tomorrow.

Heya Penguins,

With the Puffle Party coming up in just 2 days, we're hearing from a whole bunch of puffle fans who want the low-down on the party (and what'll stay behind).

Well... you've got puffle questions? I've got puffle answers!

Will the Puffle Hotel be permanent? Yes. The Puffle Hotel is here to stay - you'll be able to swing by the rooftop with your puffle for a snack and a swim whenever you want!

Can we adopt rainbow puffles after the Puffle Party? Absolutely. These majestic, magical new puffles will still be available for adoption after the party goes down.

Is the rainbow puffle member-only? You got it. When members complete a Puffle Care Quest, they'll get to blast off in the cannon to adopt a rainbow puffle. Free players can pamper their red and blue puffles at the Puffle Hotel, and work in the Puffle Hotel to earn coins too! 

Is PH visiting the puffle party? You bet! PH will definitely be appearing at the Grand Opening of the Puffle Hotel. She'll be there to help you become expert puffle owners. And she'll be VERY excited to help you adopt rainbow puffles.

When/where will PH visit? - At the moment, I don't know any exact times PH is scheduled to visit. But I can say that she'll definitely be spending time at the Puffle Hotel and Puffle Play Zone. So hang around these spots and see if you can catch her!

This is some great information, and clears up a few of the rumors and questions flying around. The Puffle Hotel is permanent, the rainbow puffle is members-only, and will still be available after the party. Looking at the photo, it seems like we will be completing tasks for items again.

Rainbow Puffle Spotted on Club Penguin!

While I was online today, I noticed something strange. I was walking through the Forest and this big rainbow appears, what is it? It's the legendary rainbow puffle! That's right, you can spot it on Club Penguin yourself! I've only found the rainbow puffle in the Forest, Ski Village, and Dock. I wonder if we can find them in any more rooms!

You really can't miss seeing it, a giant rainbow appears out of the sky and a rainbow puffle comes down with it! There is a pattern to seeing the rainbow puffle. It will appear every 1-2 minutes, so keep an eye out. If Club Penguin never told us about the rainbow puffle coming, we would be more excited to see this. What do you think of this sighting? Club Penguin Puffle Hotel Construction Continues

Hey penguins. While I was waddling through the Plaza today, I noticed there was more progress made on the Puffle Hotel. It is really epic to see! Take a look at it -

As you can see, lots of progress was made during these past weeks with the Puffle Hotel. It was once dirt, now it has a basic construction frame and it is almost finished! If you saw our previous post, we measured about how large the Puffle Hotel would be. We are correct on how large the hotel would be: about three and a half penguins wide.

Club Penguin: Player-card Re-design

Club Penguin Chief Executive Officer, Spike Hike, recently tweeted an image of his penguin prepared for the Puffle Party 2013. However, Spike Hike's playercard is unique to our current player cards for our penguins. The most identifiable differences are the enlarged background area and the placement of the membership symbol.

Club Penguin Puffle Hotel Construction

Today, construction for the Puffle Hotel has begun at the Plaza. The Puffle Hotel will be a special room, or collection of rooms, made specially for the upcoming Puffle Party, which begins in two weeks. In preparation for this, construction has begun at the Plaza.

As you can see, the Pet Shop and Stage have each magically become thinner, leaving room for a hotel to go in between them. You can see construction supplies, a blueprint board, and even a wrecking ball vehicle. Does this interest you?

Club Penguin Times Issue #385

Hello penguins. Today another Club Penguin Times released on the island. This weeks issue is all about the Puffle Party.

In the main article, the Puffle Handler tells us about her amazing discovery she sees in the clouds! There are rainbow puffles in them! According to her, we will be launched into the clouds to do some more research about them at the Puffle Party.

The article below talks about the construction of the Puffle Hotel. If you go to the Plaza, you will notice there is a complete overhaul. The entire Pet Shop had to be moved in order for the Puffle Hotel to be built. I can't wait to see it at the party, I'm sure it'll be epic!

Lastly we have the upcoming events. We can look forward to: On now - New Penguin Style, On now - Quest for the Golden Puffle at the stage, On now - New pin released, March 14 - New furniture catalog, March 21 - The Puffle Hotel opens.

Hello penguins! Today, I noticed that Club Penguin has added new login and logoff screens. These screens promote the upcoming Puffle Party, which will start March 21st. These advertisments are both identicle, with the only difference being the text. Here is the login screen -

As you can see, the image is the same in both of them. The only difference is one announces you can quest for the new puffle, and the other announces there will be a Puffle Hotel.

Club Penguin: Gotta Have a Wing Man Music Video (Rainbow Puffle Coming to Club Penguin)

Today, the latest Club Penguin song 'Gotta Have a Wing Man' was released. It is not released on the Club Penguin YouTube channel yet, but our friend Trainman1405 has provided film of the video. The video was originally found on Disney.com.

That song is epic! I think it's probably the best song yet released. If you skip towards the end of the video, you will find that a rainbow puffle made an appearance. What could that mean?
