New Club Penguin Item Digging Login Screen

Club Penguin has been updated with a new Item Digging login screen! Item Digging, similar to Puffle Digging, is where your puffle will find an item underground for you around the island. Your puffle will crack open the surface, and a treasure chest will appear with some rare items. Currently, the only known items that you will be able to obtain are the Black Viking Helmet, Geta Sandals, Green Suede Jacket, and Black and Red Sailor Shirt. The other items are too vague to identify. Check out the login screen:

Wow- that looks pretty awesome! As you can see, chests are popping up all over the place and thanks to their puffles, penguins are receiving items. I'm really excited for Item Digging. Item Digging is set to release pretty soon. I can't wait to fill up my inventory with the items we'll be able to find during Item Digging.

What do you think of this new login screen? Are you excited about Item Digging? Leave us a comment to share what you're thinking.

2 New Star Wars Start Screens!

Hey Club Penguin Players!

As you may or may not know, Club Penguin is going to have a "Star Wars Takeover." As usual, there are new Start Screens to promote the party.

The first one is named "star-wars-cadence" in Club Penguin's files. Cadence is playing Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker's sister. This start screen is based on Star Wars Episode 4, A New Hope. In this Episode, R2-D2 plays a message recorded by Leia asking Obi Wan Kenobi for help.

The second and last one is named "star-wars-herbert". Herbert will be playing the role of Darth Vader at the Star Wars Takeover. Darth Vader is Luke's father in Star Wars, and part of the Dark Side. Herbert plans to defeat the rebels and take over Club Penguin at the Star Wars Takeover.

I think this party will be a 5/5! I love Herbert in the second start screen, he looks cool.

What did you think of these new start screens? Are you excited for the Star Wars Takeover?

Thanks,

Club Penguin: New Log In Screen

Hey penguins. I was about to log into Club Penguin today when I noticed there was a new, updated log in screen. You may have guessed it -- the new log in screen advertises the Monsters University Takeover. Take a look at the new log in screen!

Nothing much to the screen, wouldn't you say? It's just a monster's hand holding the Monster's University flag. If you haven't noticed already, the launch date of the party is displayed -- June 27th! We now know the official start date of the party, but what's the end date? I would assume early July.

I sense some sneak peeks coming soon... stay tuned and we'll keep you updated!
