Club Penguin Blog: Stormtroopers at Work - Drawing Droids

Polo Field has updated the Club Penguin Blog with a new post. This new post challenges you to write the best caption for a photo. The photo is of a Club Penguin artist, drawing the C-3PO costume while dressed as a storm trooper. Check out what Polo Field had to say:

Hello Penguins!

It's time for a little photo caption-writing fun!

Over the next few weeks, we'll post a Star Wars™ Takeover photo, then we want you to write the caption for it!

Here's an example to get you started..."When you can't find the Droids™ you're looking for... Draw them!"

Now it's your turn... what would you write as the caption for this photo?

Waddle On!

Hmm.. can you think of a great caption for that picture? You can see the C-3PO costume which we covered yesterday. The costume looks a lot like it did in the movies, and it's looking super cool. After watching the Game On commercial, I've become really excited for the Star Wars takeover. Similar to the Monsters University Takeover, there will be a mini-game, items to unlock everyday of the party, and much more. Uniquely, there will be a task to complete every week in order to unlock an item. I can't wait!

What do you think of Polo Field's post? What's the best caption for that photo? Leave us a comment to let us know what you're thinking.

Wow, just looking at the images and the video make me even more excited for the Star Wars Takeover! Are you excited? Comment and let me know!

Disney's Game On: Club Penguin Star Wars Takeover Costumes

A friend on Twitter, @Lenny_Thai recently recorded and took pictures of an advertisement for the Star Wars Takeover. These sneak peaks are from Disney's show, Game On. Game On is a show where they review a game or upcoming event to a game, and share it with us during a commercial break. Recently they talked about the Star Wars Takeover coming to Club Penguin. They even showed costumes to wear at the party, such as the C-3PO costume, Chewbacca costume, and Darth Vader costume. Check out two awesome pictures by Lenny Thai:

The items shown in the picture are the, Chewbacca Mask, Chewbacca Costume, C-3PO Mask, and C-3PO Costume. At the bottom right of the image, it reads "Costumes Require Paid Membership". This means you must be a member to get these items. Onto the next image:

The items shown in the picture are most likely the Darth Vader Costume, and Darth Vader Helmet. Again, the text at the bottom right reads "Costumes Require Paid Membership". That's all of the pictures!

Once again, thank you Lenny Thai for these images. These three costumes look a lot like they characters are in the movies. I'm very excited for whats to come at the upcoming Star Wars Takeover.

What do you think of these sneak peeks? Do you like the Star Wars costumes? Leave us a comment to let us know what you're thinking.
