The 2008 April Fools' Party was the third April Fools' party in Club Penguin. During this party, twenty-four rooms were humorously altered to the event's theme.The 2008 April Fools' Party was hosted from March 28 to April 2. Players were able to obtain the Swirly Glasses and the Red Propeller Cap during this party.

In our Club Penguin Flashback series we flashback to a moment in Club Penguin's past. Today's flashback is the 2012 April Fools Party.

The 2012 April Fools Party was a lengthy party lasting from March 29 - April 4, 2012. The Blue Propeller Hat, Rookies Background Giveaway (if you met him) and the Box Hat was available to everyone while the rest of the items were for members only. The party took place in the Snow Forts, Plaza, Town, and all of the box dimensions. It was Club Penguin's 6th April Fools Party and possible their last! And of course, you could meet the one and only, Rookie!

Club Penguin: April Fools Party Won't Be Coming This Year

While I was online with Spike Hike celebrating Spike Saturday, Spike Hike said something that really caught my eye. He said that there will be no April Fools party in April. Since he is the CEO of Club Penguin, we can take his word. Here's a snapshot of him announcing the news -

That is a bummer. The April Fools Party has been an annual party Club Penguin has had for a while. It is fun, exciting, and very silly. I'm not too sure what will take place of the April Fools Party this year. What do you think will take its place? Leave a comment and let us know.
