Club Penguin: Card-Jitsu Shadow: Myth or Real?

Hey there, penguins! I was on Twitter today and I saw that Club Penguin CEO, Spike Hike, made a tweet involving Card-Jitsu Shadow's existence. Read it!-

Today someone asked me if Shadow is real. Its a rumor, but I believe in it!! What do you think the Shadow power would be?

That tweet kind of confused me at first. Spike says Shadow is a rumor, but he believes in it ... that must say something. Maybe Spike Hike doesn't want it to be too obvious for us to guess that Shadow is real, however, he just gave us a big hint in solving this puzzle. What do you think; does Card-Jitsu Shadow exist?
