How do I know this you ask? Well, the answer is simple. A few days ago, one excited penguin made a comment on a Club Penguin Blog post stating that they were thrilled Card-Jitsu Fire and Water is now available to everyone. Moderator, Tour Guide, responded to this comment.
Take a look at what she said-
To begin your Water and Fire ninja journey, head to the Dojo and enter the small little building to the left.

Take a look at what she said-
You now have arrived in what is known as, "The Ninja Hideout." Sensei should appear and give you a brand new amulet (which is where you keep your mastery gems). To the left and right, you should see two stones, one that has a fire symbol on it, another with the water symbol on it.
Click on one of those stones to begin your journey. The stone in the top picture takes you to the Water Dojo and the stone in the bottom takes you to the Fire Dojo. When you click one of these stones, a giant door will appear - that is the entrance to the Water or Fire Dojo, so enter it.
Now, you can begin your ninja journey. You probably have no idea how to play Card-Jitsu Water or Fire, but that's ok. With some simple learning, you'll be good to go. Click the following links to learn how to play: Card-Jitsu Water Guide, Card-Jitsu Fire Guide.
