In our Club Penguin Flashback series, we flashback to a moment in Club Penguin's past. Today's flashback is the 2011 Card-Jitsu Party.
The Card-Jitsu party was a lengthy party lasting from Nov. 24 - Dec. 8, 2011. During this party, penguins who weren't Fire or Water Ninjas could attempt to master the elements. You could collect the Fire Headband, Water Headband, and Sensei's Autograph (Only if you met Sensei). All the other items for for members only. Of course, if you were lucky, you could meet the one and only Sensei who went online quite often during this party. This was also the first time you could add Sensei to your buddy list.
Fun Fact: Ever since the Card-Jitsu Party, non-members have been able to enter the Ninja Hideout.
Nearly the whole island was decorated for the party:
