In our Club Penguin Flashback series, we flashback to a moment in Club Penguin's past. Today's flashback is the 2009 Festival of Flight.
The Festival of Flight was a short celebration lasting from August 14 - August 20, 2009. The whole island was decorated for this party. There was a leak in the pool window, so Club Penguin needed to be lifted into air. Club Penguin scientist, Gary, could then investigate and fix the problem. During the party you could obtain the Green Propeller Cap, the Jet Pack, and Gary's Background (If you met him.) If you were lucky enough, you could'v ran into Gary!
Fun fact: This was the first party planned and made by Disney.
