Club Penguin EPF Message from Rookie

Today, as expected, a new Elite Penguin Force message has been sent to agents on their spy phone. These messages are usually sent from upper-class agents such as Gary, Rookie, Dot, and Jet Pack Guy each week. They almost always contain information about the EPF and any current happenings on Club Penguin. This week, Rookie sent us a message. Let's see what he had to say.

As you can see, Rookie is very excited about the upcoming renovations of the Command Room! He even thinks that purple elephants are in the boxes. Silly Rookie!
