Hey penguins! Today an exciting part of the Hollywood Party launched, the Awards Show! This event is where actors and directors get awarded for their hard work!
First head on over to the Plaza. Look for a building that says 'Awards' and enter it. (You can't miss it.)
When you get inside, a window will pop up about the Awards Show. If you want to receive additional prizes like the 500-karat ring, or a free background, click on the three circles on that screen.
Now, exit out of that window and sit anywhere you'd like. Here's how getting your reward will work: Random penguins are chosen to go up and get a reward. Once you get picked, you will automatically be moved up onto the center stage and receive your award. Basically, all you do is wait until you get called. No one else will be on the stage but you, so don't worry about crowds. Here's how it'll look-
I think Club Penguin did an awesome job on the Awards Show! I've noticed how they made the ceremony more formal, unlike other years where you grab an award out of a box and go. I also like how you get rewarded for realistic movie categories like 'Best Actor' and so on. If you're on a full server, it may take a while to get your reward because there are so many penguins trying to get an award also. Like I said, it is a random pick, so you may want to move to a more quieter server if you want your award quicker. The Awards Show is only beginning! Today we were rewarded with a bronze award. Tomorrow we'll be able to get Silver and the day after that, Gold.
