Today is the day you've waited for! We can finally beta test Card Jitsu Snow! Start by going to beta.clubpenguin.com. You will see this screen -
Walk to the green entrance to begin! You can then choose an element. I'll be choosing the the fire ninja for this post. The penguin you choose is who you play as in the game
Each ninja has different strengths and weaknesses, as shown.
You can then press the play button and start beta testing Card Jitsu Snow! Note that it may be glitchy, this is a beta test. Two other teammates will be connected to play with you, there should be one snow, one water, and one fire in the end.
This is what the game looks like when you begin.
There will be various tiles highlighted blue. The blue tiles are the ones you are able to move to. There will be cards telling you this if you forget that appear at the top of the screen, if you have Tip Mode activated.
The overall goal of the game is to lower the villain health meter to nothing. You must avoid depleting your health meter.
To attack at a snowman, you must see a red target above the snowman, then click it. The only way you'll see a red target is if you are close enough, so be sure to get as close as you can.
If you have power cards, they will appear at the bottom of the screen. If you click one, the tiles turn red. Click on the snowman then, to activate your power card attack, which has much more force.
Photo soon
If your health meter is emptied, it can be revived if a teammate walks up to it.
The game is over and the snowman wins if all three players are depleted. If you deplete the villain's meter, then you win. Once you defeat the first enemy, you advance a round. More enemies are added as you increase rounds.
Wow! What do you think of the game? As this is a beta, Club Penguin needs to know what bugs need fixing. In the blue bar at the top of the page, there are a few buttons you can select. The first one says 'I Found a Bug!'. If you click that, you can report any problems with the game.
There is also another button which says 'Feedback'. By using this feature, you can let Club Penguin know what you think of the game. With this handy control, Disney can decide if they should add or remove some more features.
That's all there is to it, at least for now! The Card-Jitsu Snow beta test is expected to go on for at least a few more weeks, I'd even give it around a month. Bugs can come up anywhere at anytime, so this won't be something that'll finish anytime soon.
What do you think of Card-Jitsu Snow so far? Do you like it, or hate it? What bugs have you found so far? We are interested in what you have to say, so be sure to leave a comment.
